"This was seriously one of our best experiences ever. Victor was the best host and communicated with us from the very beginning ensuring our stay was smooth and comfortable throughout. On arrival he even made sure we got our dinner from a local restaurant making a request for them to make food for us after they were closed for the day. "This property was such a perfect relaxing escape for us. The grounds were beautiful with grapevines, vegetables, fruits, and stunning flowers we were able to enjoy this spring. Guillermina and her family made sure we had everything we needed and answered our questions quickly . She gave us great recommendations for shops and and restaurants. "We loved this campsite! Staff were welcoming and friendly, bungalow was clean and spacious with lovely views from the balcony. The site was lovely and peaceful in natural surroundings and beautiful scenery. River views from the pool area were just amazing. Pool area nice but we didnt get to use unfortunately. "Excellent hotel, first impression very good the reception team, due to our Platanium membership upgraded the room. They also helped in staying an extra night and keeping same room and arranging a wine tasting and lunch at the hotels winery 10 minutes away. Bar and restaurant serve great food and drinks and you can look over the Duoro river from both, and also eat and drink on the terrace. Rooms comfy and spacious - fabulous hotel to explore the Duoro - Pinhao is just 25 mins drive away. We had a great time here"
