Quarto bom limpinho e funcionários muito prestativos, porém no anúncio diz que tem estacionamento mais na verdade não tem, eles indicam um estacionamento e vc paga para deixar o veículo lá. Eles deveriam avisar no anúncio só isso.

O hotel anuncia que possui estacionamento, mas, não é verdade. Há um convênio, o hóspede tem de pagar e, pior, é distante do hotel! Se vc tem renite ou qualquer outra dificuldade respiratória, não vá, ainda usam carpete e, o mesmo é de higiene muito duvidosa, minha companheira sofreu demais só de passar pelo corredor com carpete! A higiene do quarto precisa melhorar, principalmente, no banheiro!

Péssima experiência.

Foi horrível a experiência me senti constrangido, pessoas despreparadas, ao chegar ficaram alegando que só tinha sido pago uma diária , e não as duas, as quais eu já havia pago pelo app do hotéis.com, no mesmo dia mais tarde outro atendente me abordou novamente trazendo o assunto que não havia sido pago, sendo que eu já havia mandado os devidos comprovantes que estava pago, me senti totalmente constrangido com essa situação , e a porta de entrada do hotel está com problema que ela fecha forte demais e bate na pessoa que está passando , inclusive machucou a mão da minha esposa , o recepcionista viu e ainda riu falando que a porta era assim mesmo que tinha que cuidar, não prestando quaisquer atendimento , e nem fizeram nada para solucionar o problema. Pessoas despreparadas e que não sabem lidar com o público, a única pessoa que assumiu o erro do hotel e que realmente estava pago foi a Márcia, mas não recomendo a estadia.

Hotel bem antigo, com instalações bem simples. Quem tem alergia sofre um pouco devido o cheiro forte de madeira e tecidos velhos. Mas, tirando isso, é muito confortável, perto de tudo e com ótimo atendimento.

Hotel não se preocupa com o hóspede. Só quer seu .

O hotel possui boa estrutura. Entretanto, não existe uma empatia ou colaboração do hotel com o hóspede. Paguei por três dias de hospedagem, mas houve um imprevisto e fiquei apenas uma diária. Entretanto o hotel se recusou a me devolver os valores correspondentes às outras duas diárias. Com isso, tive um prejuízo de 360 reais.

Excelente opção custo benefício.

A equipe é incrível, recepção, camareiras, restaurante todos muito atenciosos. Me senti em casa. As instalações são muito limpas quarto com manutenção em dias. A TV poderia ser um pouco maior mas nada que desabone a qualidade da hospedagem.
