"I was hesitant to stay here because it’s much more expensive than other options but I’m so glad I did. This hotel is phenomenal. Being able to access the falls before and after hours makes it worth every penny. It’s magical to be able to experience them without the crowds. The hotel itself and the staff are amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make the trip one of the best I’ve ever had. The restaurants were also delicious. I have no bad things to say about this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again. "

"The curb appeal was not good due to the new road being constructed , but from the entrance onwards, the hotel exceeded all expectations . It smelled clean and fresh, the public areas were spotlessly clean and the staff gave the warmest welcome from the moment we stepped in through the door . The language barrier did not provide any issues and the staff worked really hard to make us feel at ease and looked after . The facilities were excellent and the staff in the pool bar and restaurant were all so pleasant and friendly. João in the bar was an absolutely fantastic guy who was always there with a smile and had a great sense of humour . The rooms, although basic , had perhaps the best showers we’ve used in our total time in Brazil . The beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. We would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Nice resort with many pools available and very close to the airport. Comfort rooms are a bit outdated, it would be better to opt for the superior rooms. I enjoyed the sushi restaurant and the gaming room."
