O quarto é completo muito bom, chuveiro e cama excelentes além de ter todo os materiais para cozinha disponíveis além de um filtro de água. Fiquei apenas 1 dia pois minha intenção era ficar em um hotel perto do CASV para tirar o visto americano e foi uma boa escolha fica bem próximo, 5min de Uber. Fica próximo ao metrô Santa Cruz dá pra ir andando tranquilamente. Pretendo retornar a esse hotel em uma próxima viagem.

Foi bem tranquila a comunicação com a equipe do hotel...recepcionistas me atenderam muito bem, foram muito educados. O quarto que ficamos estava tudo muito organizado..Só vi uns detalhes na coberta e na colcha que me deixou na dúvida quanto a lavagem desses itens...mas nada que impediu o uso dos mesmos..no mais ok...voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo o hotel

Gostei demais, hotel novo, toalhas branquíssimas, limpeza top. Rua segura, tem um Pão de Açúcar quase que na porta, farmácias perto, e agora o hotel já dispõe do serviço de guarda-bagagem para um check-out tranquilo, se vc ainda fica mais algumas horas na cidade até seu vôo. Funcionários todos muito gentis. Volto com certeza.

Estadia ótima, com algumas ressalvas.
Internet não estava estável, a propriedade estava classificada cono hotel, contudo na verdade é um apart-hotel. Não tem limpeza nos quartos. Fora isso a estadia foi muito boa.
