Good hotel, big room and small price!
This was my first time in Brazil. Hotel staff did not speak English and no other people either. The room was big and comfortable, clean, the breakfast was good, and staff helpful. Was warned about the safety of the area, did not look worse than anywhere else, and usually poliscars in every corner, but didn't go out late evenings.

Hotel is right in the middle of São Paulo’s “skid row” — surrounded by homeless and drug users. Very unsafe. Do not stay here, ever.

O custo benefício foi bom, porém a limpeza que foi solicitada na vespera do check out não foi realizada como foi pedido, deixando muito lixo no quarto.
As toahas de banho muito antigas e ásperas.

Hotel bem localizado no centro, mas hotel muito antigo sem as devidas reformas, como detalhes pequenos como chuveiros e roupas de camas todos manchados , sem contar que precisa de uma Higienização nos colchões. Nao compatível com preço cobrado. Cafe da manhã razoável, mas um investimento em uma sanduicheira ajudaria . Atendimento otimo .
