Horrible hotel and staff
Horrible place. Front desk was not helpful. Overpriced , my room has a broken door. No phone, no wifi no room service nothing. I felt this was a ripoff. The sheets were dirty and the breakfast in the morning was a disaster. No plates no mugs ,I will never stay in this place. Not as pictured. Horrible stay.

Por problemas do hotel, meus amigos e eu fomos alocados em acomodações diferentes da acomodação que foi reservada. Em contato com o hotel, anterior ao check in, não fomos informados de que não poderíamos ficar na acomodação reservada. Nota-se um despreparo da equipe, pois: nos alocaram em quartos sem a devida limpeza e sem toalhas para todos os integrantes, roupa de cama com sujeira, não havia coberta disponível nos dormitórios (havia apenas uma no chão amontoada, o que indicava que o quarto não havia sido limpo ou que as roupas de camas haviam sido trocadas), banheiro com odor forte de esgosto e pintura descascando. Ao realizar o check in, não conseguimos acesso ao quarto de imediato por problemas na fechadura. Quando entramos, notamos apenas dois dormitórios disponíveis na acomodação e um deles com duas camas de solteiro ruins (havíamos reservado acomodação com três dormitórios e três camas de casal). Não recomendo! O custo benefício não vale a dor de cabeça! A localização é excelente e de fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade, mas não estão preparados para suportar uma alta demanda.

Agradável. Porém mais Atenção.
Fomos em família, local é bem legal. Porém falta ainda muita atenção. Os hóspede é sua prioridade. Então antes de qualquer situação vi que vocês não dão atenção devida. Porém isso é primordial em um hotel. Além de ficarmos esperando muito tempo para o atendimento não somente no saguão quanto o Restaurante precisa se modernizar em relação ao atendimento; mesmo que seja terceirizado. Ótima pedida para o mesmo seria a limpeza do salão. Café da manhã maravilhoso, as meninas e o chef um primor; mas não conseguimos sentar em uma mesa onde temos as janelas e suas cortinas com sujeiras a vista. Ali podendo em qualquer momento cair na comida. Uma dica de fazer no verão antes de temporada dos hóspedes seria uma boa dedetização na área da piscina; academia e rall do bar. Ficamos ali por ser mais ventilado e ao ar livre; porém os insetos não deixaram nós comermos em paz. Vale cada dica para sua maior visibilidade e sempre construtiva para o melhor em excelência em serviços e atendimento ao seu cliente. Tendo em vista que uma ótima propaganda é o melhor atendimento e sua repercussão nas avaliações.
