「Vraiment un très beau petit loft!!! Tout le matériel pour pouvoir cuisiner sur place, petit patio pour l'apéro, grandes portes vitrées ; un excellent hébergement à un prix plus que raisonnable. Situé dans un secteur plus commercial mais à distance de marche des corniches, plages et épicerie. Je recommande fortement!」

「Apartamento muito espaçoso, limpo e confortável, com cozinha equipada. Corresponde bem às fotos e descrições. Há um Continente Bom Dia na mesma rua. Alguns detalhes negativos: no quarto há apenas uma tomada; na pia do banheiro não havia água fria, apenas muito quente (mas na pia da cozinha há ambas); quando chegamos havia uma toalha pendurada atrás da porta do banheiro. 」

「Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht.Wir hatten hier einen wunderbare erholsame zwei Wochen verbracht. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Den Pool haben wir so gut wie gar nicht genutzt da es nur ca. 15 min zu Fuß zum Strand waren. In der Gegend gibt es viele gute Restaurants und im Nachbarort sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.」

「We enjoyed the property, but be prepared for lots of stairs. The property is well maintained but it is a tall and narrow building. Great views of the ocean. I think we had at least three days of green flashes! One very big drawback is that for some reason there are notices in every bathroom to NOT flush toilet paper. For someone not used to that, well... The Host should state that in the description, and honestly I don't know why this is an issue there I don't believe it is on a septic...

「The villa is so much nicer in person than on pictures. I was a little hesitant to book at first because of the area and it was a bit of trek from Lisbon but so glad I booked this villa. Ubers and bolt work perfectly even if it is a bit of a longer journey. Paulo is incredible and extremely helpful and super responsive which was brilliant. Shame we didn’t get to meet in person but he is super helpful. We stayed here for 3 nights for a stag do and it was epic!」

「We chose the Barca Charm House for its location, family friendliness and wonderful reviews. Each review referred to the hospitality of our hosts and I have to agree with previous reviewers, Sandra and Eduardo were exceptional. The house is comfortable and fully equipped. There was everything you could possibly need and so much more. The only item we were unable to bring with us was a potty for our 2 year old. Sandra was immediately on the case and brought a brand new potty round which was so...

「The pictures don't do the house justice! It is even better in person. The location and size were excellent for our group of 9 people which included 3 kids under 12. 10 mins from Ericeira centre and 3 minutes from an incredible beach that has a pizza restaurant and cafe. The hosts are great communicators and extremely friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Very well equipped and comfortable home in a quiet area. Good pool with sea views and not overlooked.Convenient for a walk to the village beach and restaurants or for wider exploration of the many sights.Margarida was always available for contact, responded straight away and could not have been more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」
