"A comunicação existiu e a resposta foi rápida, contudo, houve alguns "esquecimentos" sobre o que era perguntado/pedido. Havia chiclete mascado no tanque e o box do banheiro tinha um pó branco que saia no corpo (foi respondido que era um CIF não enxaguado). A limpeza precisa ser sinalizada, mesmo porque a empresa paga por ela e muitas vezes não sabe que está sendo realizada pela metade, além do consumidor final pagar por ela.
