  • Located in the centre of Maresias, near the beach entrances (gate 2 at the beach bar, Elite bakery, surf square, Maresias shopping centre... 5 minutes walk from the beach, the same street has markets, wine cellars, butcher shops, fruit and vegetable stores and pizzerias. Great location, central region "heart of Maresias" of Maresias Beach, being in the centre is a super safe place. Parking 1 car per apartment, respect the rules such as leaving the car keys with the valet. Beach, restaurants all close by on foot, incredible place.
