“The unit's location was excellent, making it easy to access local attractions. However, the check-in process was significantly hindered by a lack of clear, proactive communication and instructions from the host, which created an unnecessary challenge upon arrival. Once inside, we noted that the unit is in need of substantial maintenance and repair. Specifically, several fixtures and appliances appeared to be in disrepair. Improvement in host communication and property upkeep would greatly……
