“We really loved this hotel and area. It is important to note that we stayed in a time off season for a wedding. There was limited transportation in the area and it seemed like a spot that didn’t have much going on since they were off season. We felt safe but others described it might have been a more off the beaten path type of location. “We got our confirmation and access codes very quick. I am so thankful that they were able to communicate with me in English. They were very patient and kind. Our room was very clean and came with bath amenities including slippers and bottles of water! The memory foam top bed is amazingly comfortable. "Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference."
