"It’s very convenient and reasonable price. Coz In Sapporo city is too expensive to stay. Staff are nice, but we don’t see them often, so it’s better to ask questions when you checked in. Room is very clean, but they will not come to clean your room, if you don’t ask them. "

"Hotel was in a great location, close to Sapporo Station (only 2 blocks away). Enjoyed how close this hotel was to the station but away from the hustle and busyness around Sapporo Station. Stayed in a superior queen room for 4 nights. For 2 people the room was just enough space with our backpacks, 1 large suitcase, and 1 carry-on suitcase. The amenities available were great - providing various toiletries for use at the front (face lotion, cleanser, bath towel, etc.). Breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of items to select and staff on top of making sure things were restocked quickly. Staff were always helpful and welcoming. Didn't try the restaurants downstairs in the lobby level (Sapporo seafood specialty dishes and a Spanish tapas like bar), but it was great to have that option available, especially when snowing outside.
