Perfect Hotel for Visiting Sarajevo

I was extremely happy with my stay at this hotel. The owner & her staff were brilliant. They were so helpful & nothing was too much trouble for them. In fact, this hotel felt more like home for the weekend. The hotel itself was very clean, modern, in a quiet location and the breakfast was good with fresh food available daily. The location is also ideal & it is a short walk to the old town and all the main attractions

I would book it again. Very recommended!

My stay at the Hotel Boutique 36 was really good. The room was decent and the staff very helpful and friendly. The location was very good for walking tours to the old town.

Comfortable Hotel for Beautiful Sarajevo Holiday

The hotel is very clean, modern and the its location is very close to the city center (Bascarsija, Sarajevo). the beds were comfortable, air conditioned room and the bathrooms were also clean and there is daily cleaning. We stayed in BOUTIQUE 36 Hotel during our 3-day holiday in sarajevo. Airport transfers available and successful !! :) We thank them very much and recommend it.

I’d say this is an excellent 3 star hotel, not 4 star. Very clean room, delicious included breakfast and great location. Bit noisy at night but that’s to be expected with the central location. What stood out most was the staff. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. Especially Dina! Check in experience with Dina was an amazing first impression! The only thing missing was a high chair for babies in the restaurant for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is about 5mins walk from Sebilj and whole lots of restaurants. The receptionists were extremely cheerful and nice to me. They took their time to explain things and showed me my room. I was extremely shocked to see how equipped and neat my room was. Clean beddings, neatly arranged room and toilet. I am bit surprised to see some bad reviews on this hotel which to me are not reflected on my visit. I will have no reservation to visit this hotel again.

It is the worst hotel. It is very small and away from the city centre. It should be no star hotel. The rooms and bath rooms are very small. The toilets are dirty and not working. There is no reception at all and the restaurant is in the basement and very very small. I paid for 2 double rooms for 7 nights and left once I saw the bad condition of the hotel. I have asked for refund of my payment but it was not accepted with very rude response. I will never ever recommend it to any traveler and I request Expedia to remove it from its website as it is a shame to be called a hotel. Unfortunately they gave wrong information and fakse pictures about the hotel.

Stay here if you visit Sarajevo!

The room was lovely, it was clean and tidy. The staff were amazing, they were all lovely, friendly and always happy to help. The free airport transfer was the icing on the cake. I would love to stay here again. :) The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing. It’s a 5 minute walk to Baščaršija which has lovely local shops and lots of restaurants. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel. I fully recommend this hotel :)

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Nur den Föhn kann man nicht wirklich verwenden und wegen fehlender Vorhänge schläft man nicht zu lange. Der kostenlose Abholservice vom Flughafen und das kostenlose Frühstück sind ein Plus.

Lovely place to stay near Old Yoen Sarajevo

My stay was for just one night but this hotel offered a quiet and comfortable nights sleep. The staff were very friendly and eager to please. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. Good shower. Located close to the Old Town in Sarajevo where there is much to see and plenty of places to eat. I will probably go back in the future

Fantastic customer service, thank you Andrea!

The hotel is in a fantastic location ideal for exploring the city. But what I really need to comment on is the customer service. We were booked in for three nights but due to illness had to arrive a day late. Andrea, who was on reception, was fantastic and arrange with Hotels.com for the night we didn't stay to be refunded. She was welcoming and arranged car parking for us. Such a good introduction to Bosnia. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Great value for money and highly recommend staying here.
