Beautiful luxury hotel!
Beautiful luxury hotel. View of Sarajevo is gorgeous. Couldn't stop looking out the window. Staff friendly and helpful. One of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept on. Will definitely stay here again on next visit to Sarajevo.

We have stayed here many times. This will be the last, the bathroom was dirty. The cabinets need to be replaced in the suites . Breakfast is still very good, but not the rooms .

Good choice for Sarajevo.. Walking distance (15 min) from the old city where you can find many restaurants coffee shops bars etc.. The hotel is attached to sizeable shopping mall.

Great service at check in, welcoming staff. Very nice rooms and good view. Unfortunately the hamam and sauna were closed (without prior notice). My daughter accidentally spilled a drink on the duvet cover, which I reported to the desk and offered to cover expenses for cleaning. It was promptly changed - nice. The breakfast was very good and the staff kind and service minded. At checkout however I was charged 50 Euro for the cleaning of the cover which I found surprising. Also 10 Euro was added for parking when it was stated that as a silver member of hotels, it was supposed to be complimentary, which the staff did not take notice of even though I pointed that out.
