“Das Hotel ist sehr modern und schön. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und nett. Es liegt nur 2-3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und der nächst grössere Strand etwa 20 Gehminuten. Es hat viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen sowie einen Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist wirklich super und empfehlenswert.”

“Bed and towels reeked of laundry soap and the hotel management told me it was so I would know they were clean. You may like sleeping with your head on a box of Tide or whatever soap they use, however I ended up using my backpack as a pillow as the management was very proud their linens were not rinsed properly and safely. Next time I will just stay else where and pay day use fee for pool ocean access”

“We loved our stay. Even though we were on the bottom floor and close to reception we only noticed the noise a few times. The reception staff Erjeta is wonderful and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel. Further away from the busy chaotic side of Ksamil but close to absolutely everything. Great location for beach and some nicer beach clubs too! Breakfast was good and overlooked the sea!”

“The LANS hotel is beautiful, especially the feature Infinity pool with balcony rooms! The staff was incredibly helpful and the rooms were very new and contemporary. The breakfast was very nice. The only comment we could add is to try to have a little bit nicer Coffee! If you are in good shape and don’t mind walking up the incline to get to the hotel, this place is very welcoming!”

“⛔️🆘Gehen Sie auf keinen Fall in dieses Hotel! Das gesamte Personal besteht aus nur drei Personen Vater, Mutter und Sohn , die alle Arbeiten selbst erledigen. Der Umgang mit den Gästen ist äußerst unfreundlich und respektlos. Außerdem sind sie unehrlich und irreführend. Auf der Website wird angegeben, dass Frühstück inklusive ist. Tatsächlich bekommt man lediglich einen Teller mit einer verdorbenen Tomatenscheibe, zwei alten Gurkenscheiben, einem Ei, zwei schlecht gebackenen Brötchen und……

“Ein super tolles Hotel! Lage top, da es ruhig gelegen ist (bisschen Bergauf),jedoch nur paar Minuten vom Zentrum mit viele Restaurant usw. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt.Wir hatten eine super tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch das Frühstück war für uns top, eine gute Auswahl, so dass für jeden was dabei ist und vor allem immer genügen verschiedenes Obst. Wir würden wieder kommen! Kleine Optimierung wäre ein Duschraum oder……

“We booked studio flat rooms but not anywhere on Expedia it states those room are 100m away from the hotel built underneath residential flats. We woke up to people cooking everyday and the smell was horrible. The music by the pool was so loud everyday not sure the reason as people come on holiday to relax. The manager did not want to help us at all. We were given horrible rooms and instead of admitting her fault she just kept on saying they’re fully booked. She didn’t even offer us free drinks or……
