「Very nice staff different with Patong Beach hotel. Staffs smiling as always and provided good service to all of us. Kids love the private swimming pool and hotel facility. Very close to the turtle shopping mall and we can buy everythings and cook breakfast every morning. Good expenience for our kids feed the turtle. And we can stay in Hotel whole day. 「家族で宿泊しました。 7歳の子供にとっては初めての海外旅行。 口コミが少なく、旅行本にも掲載がないホテルだったので、宿泊するまで少し不安でしたが、とても素晴らしいホスピタリティのホテルでした！ 施設もとても掃除が行き届いており、どこをとっても清潔で働いているスタッフの方々も子供に優しくホスピタリティが最高でした。 今回2食付きのプランで申し込みましたが、ホテル内のレストラン（朝食用のレストラン、プールサイドのレストラン、エントランス付近のレストランの3つ）の選択肢が少なく、最初は少し不安でしたが、どこのレストランの食事もとても美味しかったです！ 子供のキッズメニューも充実してました！ プールもスライダーや噴水などがあり、小さい子供でも十分楽しめる、綺麗なプールでした。 子供は帰国する際、とても名残惜しかったようで、また来年もここのホテルに泊まりたいと言ってました。親も心の底からそう思える、素晴らしいホテルでした。」

「Our luggages were put under the sun directly for few hours while pending for checkin. It damaged my luggage’s handles causing by high temperature. The handles were melted. It is suggested cover to be placed over luggage to avoid unexpected damaged.」

「The coast side view is amazing. The beach is beautiful and water is so clear. It is a good choice if you want to find a less people place to relax. Massage and spa inside resort is great. Although you got not much restaurant choices nearby hotel, food inside resort is delicious. Definitely will book again if coming back to Phuket again.」

It has free airport pick up and transfer services, but if you want to walk, it takes only less than 10mins to walk from the exit 1 of international terminal, if taking the short cut.
