Escape to Anna Maria Island!

Welcome to Ave Maria!

We are a 5 minute walk to Anna Maria Beach. Head on down to Bean Point, located on the northernmost tip of Anna Maria Island in Florida, is a popular beach known for its secluded atmosphere, beautiful white sand, and stunning views of Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

This desirable north island location is a gem boasting a short walk to the beach, bay, with shopping, restaurants and ice cream! all right around the corner. Relax! soak up the sun and the quiet laid back style that is Anna Maria. Many activities are readily accessible such as jet ski, beach bikes, boat rentals, parasailing and fishing.

The kitchen was completely renovated in January 2025. We have super comfy beds - king is the master, queen in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa with new mattress. Our house is located a short walk to….everything! Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and sip a cocktail while watching the most fabulous sunset shows every night. A place to call home. A place for the entire family. You may never leave!

Enjoy our screened in front porch with seating area and fans. There is also an entire screened in living and dining space under the house with TV, grill, and games. Relax and be entertained! Have a cookout!

For your sun and fun days at the beach there are beach chairs, floats, sun umbrella, beach wagon, and beach toys available for your beach time. When you return there is an outdoor shower and foot rinse.

To enhance your beach adventure take a bike ride - we provide several for you. Check out Beach Bums for other rentals like kayaks, paddle boards, or group bikes and golf carts. A block away is the community recerational center for fitness and tennis (day use and week memberships are available). The playhouse is down the street.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a lovely visit at this VRBO. Jeff was communicative and responsive. This VRBO has SO many extras!!! It's the little things that you don't realize you need till you're away from home and need it, well, they've likely got it there for you. Great location and would absolutely stay there again!

This cozy house is located a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We barely needed to get back in the car once we arrived which made for a very relaxing vacation! We absolutely loved our stay and plan return again!

Best stay yet!

This was our third stay at this property/house. We feel very comfortable, and love the renovated kitchen this year. The walking proximity to the beach, and some of the restaurants is convenient. Just a short drive to play pickle ball or tennis. One of our favorite things to do is sitting on the porch in the morning and drinking our coffee before we plan our day.

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location to the beach, general store, etc. The screened in porch and patio areas were are wonderful. Having the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and toys available for use in the shed was so helpful for our family.

Relaxing Stay in Anna Maria

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jeff's place in Anna Maria. Our two boys, 4 and 6, loved the toys, games, and legos, and it was so nice having beach gear to use. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect...just a quick walk to the beach and the bay. The unit was clean and cozy. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Perfect in every way!

From booking to checking out everything was absolute perfection! Host was super friendly and responsive. The house was super clean and in the perfect location. It had everything you needed for a beach trip. I was sad to leave and can’t wait to return.

Great location

Beautiful location. Anywhere you want to be is walkable. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and other points of interest nearby. The beach is a very short walk, basically two blocks away. The photos on VRBO do not do the house justice. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Fantastic location

We had a great time during our stay. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the Gulf and Bay. The house was very comfortable, with great beds and a comfy couch, perfect for mid-day naps. It was well stocked with all the items we needed. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and wagon, and we're very thankful that these items were available as they made our beach experience much more enjoyable.

Ave Maria doesn’t disappoint….

This was our second stay at Ave Maria and it was just as we remembered. This home is incredibly clean and well-stocked with everything you’ll need for the beach. The location is excellent and allows you to walk or bike to either the Gulf or Bay beaches, numerous restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely great!

The house has everything! Well appointed, great location and everything you need for a day at the beach. We came in on the tail of Idalia and Jeff could not have been any better with providing us with updates on the house and the island. Classic relaxing beach house

Jeff and Susan are wonderful and responsive hosts. Their home is ideally situated two blocks from the Gulf, two blocks from the Bay. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The home is well equipped with everything to make for a comfortable home away from home. The beds are soft so if you like that you will be fine.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our week here! The house is clean, the kitchen well stocked and Jeff was a great host! Thanks, Jeff, for the new grill since the old one was rusted out--we used it! We enjoyed the outdoor living room and the games! Lots of beach equipment in the shed! The bikes were a great way to get around the island (FYI, the breaks on the white bike are not great--but we made it work) The screened porch is great place for morning coffee and evening card games! We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the good experience!

So good we stayed for a second time!

We love it here enough to have just completed our second stay at Ave Maria. Jeff and Sue work hard to provide everything their guests could want to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable, and an extremely quick to reply to any questions. It could not be in a more convenient location on AMI; just behind the wonderful Pine Avenue, with a short walk to wonderful Bean Point, some of the best restaurants on the island, the Pier or the free trolley stops! The beds are extremely comfortable - always an important consideration, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking items - should you wish to stay home to eat. Use of the beach toys and bikes was greatly appreciated. too! Thank you both for making our stay so lovely again :)
