Siesta Key escape

This house was perfect for the 5 of us. The location to the village made walks to the market and restaurants easy. There was construction and some flooding near the beach so we mainly drove to Siesta Key beach which was only 5 min away. The internet went out on one of the days and Britney was extremely responsive when i texted. Would definitely stay her again and would recommend to others

Great Stay in Siesta Key

Great location, but lacking some extras...

We had a great time during our visit. I brought my son and his friends to the beach for senior spring break. The location to the beach was fantastic. I found a gym just down the street too! I was also happy with the location to the Village. Everything was super walkable and I will come back again!My only criticism... the lack of extras such as games, kitchen items and books / other things to do. There was also information about a pool, but we did not have access to that. I stay in VRBO properties all the time, rarely in a hotel. I've never been to a location that lacks kitchen cabinets! Plenty of utensils and dishes, but where's the salt? Where is the pepper? Where are the coffee filters? I bought these items for my five day stay and left them for the next guests, hopefully they get to use them. Where are the games? My boys had plenty to do, don't get me wrong, but when I made them come in at 10pm due to noise ordinance, they were on their phones. Would have been nice for us to have something to do together. And I did find a book, but again... this is an extra and would be nice to have. Maybe some books about the area? I just felt it lacked some extras.

Great place

Very convenient

This property was perfect for a family stay as it was only 1 block away from the beach. It was so convenient. We enjoyed using the BBQ and being walking distance from the restaurants and shops as well. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation in Siesta Key.

The Key to the Beach

As noted in the description of the property, there was ample room for the six of us adults. The availability of beach items, including the many large beach towels and additional beach chairs was much appreciated (we and another couple each drove to the destination and neither could bring a sufficient number of beach chairs). We were, however, a bit taken aback by the lack of seating in the living area. Although there were 6 of us, there was insufficient seating for all to enjoy an evening of television viewing or even conversation--the backless bar seats were not designed for relaxed seating. On the plus side, the beds were quite comfortable. Not unexpectedly, we did take advantage of the close-by beach and the stores, small shops and restaurants, all of which were within easy walking distance from the rental. We even took the short trip to St Armands Circle in Sarasota and, on a different day, a ride to historic Venice, located to the South of Siesta Key. Finally, the weather was most cooperative for the middle of April and the Gulf waters were warm enough for a dip or two on all of the days that we went to the beach, i.e., every day that we spent at Siesta.

Clean siesta escape

The property was pristine and ready to enjoy with a starter pack of living conveniences - dish soap, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The bedroom with two beds was plenty spacious and the beds were big. Location was fantastic, a few minutes to downtown and right around the corner from the beach. Thank you!

So wonderful!

This was my second time in this building. There is a 2 bedroom unit on the lower level and a 3 bedroom on the upper level. Both are amazing. I just love how nicely decorated it is and how modernized and remodelled and I simply love the location to both the beach and the village center. All so walkable. I want to stay again!

Siesta Key Vacation

Loved this property and the management company. Could not have picked a better location….. Short walk to the beach & the village. Weather was great and the property was beautiful. The property was so clean & had everything that we could have needed there for our stay. We definitely enjoyed our time here. The property management company was also great. They followed thru every step of our vacation. Would definitely use them again. THANK YOU for everything…..we will be back.

Great family rental

This property was in a great location. Near the Siesta Village and very close to the beach. The unit had ample space for our family. It was nice that beach chairs and wagon were provided along with beach towels for enjoying this beautiful Florida location.

Great location, lovely home.

Overall we were pleased with the experience we had with siesta key management and their facilities. While initially we had some complications that included air conditioning units, not working, Internet, not working, and then a dishwasher that didn’t work, the rental company came through with relocating us to an upgraded home. We appreciated the fact that they daily had check-in‘s with us regarding what was going wrong, and, how we were doing. We probably would’ve preferred to have been relocated sooner in the vacation but we are appreciative that the management company relocated us for our final few days.

Great Location - Walk to Beach and The Village

This is one of the best areas to stay. We rode our bikes down to Turtle Beach and would come back and stay at this location/condo again!!! It was easy to check in, clean, provided beach towels, chairs, and a wagon. We would highly recommend and definitely come back again. It was perfect for my two teenage daughters and I:)) No need for a car. The market, restaurants, and Mini Donuts are all within a 3 min walk.

Exceptional condo

We absolutely loved this condo. This was our 6th trip to Siesta Key. The location of this condo is perfect. Close to all the restaurants in the village and right next to the beach. We walked everywhere which was super convenient. The first night was a little warm at first but the AC units definitely cooled off enough throughout our stay. The beds were a little firm for my liking but definitely not a deal breaker. The property is very well kept and clean. We would definitely stay in this condo again in the future.
