Room was terrible, very difficult to shut doors, shower water temperature would go from extremely cold to extremely hot without adjusting, we reached out the first day we were here and no one ever responded back over our 4 day stay, so never had a decent shower. ...

Free Breakfast is a good perk. I'm thinking this hotel struggles when it is at full capacity. The pool was the real issue.
