“The staff is super friendly but the building itself looks like it was built cheaply and quickly. The walls are paper thin and you can hear what everyone is doing above you and around you. Our first room was full of ants so the staff put us in another, which ended up with ants two days later when we checked out. I should have taken the bunch of ants roaming outside the hotel as a red flag. Literally, take a look at the ground outside of the hotel on the sidewalk and you will see what I mean. As……

“I wanted to love this hotel. But, it’s poorly renovated and shabby. The bed was fine and the shower was fine. There was rust and black (mold?) along the bottom of the shower. Our AC was broke. In Florida. They sent someone to fix it. We had a miserable night. The next day they sent someone to replace the whole unit. Everything was almost nice. It was $500 a night for just okay - almost not okay. Don’t regret it - won’t be back.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”
