Warm and cozy vibe

The property is very clean and had all amenities needed. It was snowing and frigid when we arrived, the decor had a warm feeling being inside. Plenty of throws available, we didn't need them but it gave that cozy feeling. Would definitely stay at another of James's property. Close to the cute downtown shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

Attending Regatta

I was in Sarasota Springs to see my niece row in the Regatta. Her Mom and sister met me there. The house was perfect for our needs. Great neighbourhood. Easy walking to town. Close to the park where the race was taking place. It was clean and well outfitted and checkin was effortless. It was a short trip so we didn’t have much time to explore but would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, retreat

We were in Saratoga for my daughter's regatta. It was only 8 minutes from racecourse which was amazing! The house is on a quiet street which was nice since we are early to bed and early to rise for races. The bedrooms and living room were comfortable after a long day of racing. My daughter was able to snuggle up on couch with a throw. I had work to do and she had some homework to finish up and had plenty of choices of where to work. There is a little office but I chose dining table and she chose the comfort of the couch despite an office in the home. Unfortunately during our stay we had rain but inside back door were hooks to hang our coats which was perfect! We dine in due to dietary restrictions and had all that we needed for food prep. Kitchen was small but manageable. There is no dishwasher but we were fine with washing dishes. The location is close to shops, dining, and grocery. Host sent information about the house and area before we arrived. Communication with host was effortless.Highly recommend! Our favorite Saratoga rental to date!Thank you for a wonderful stay!
