Comfortable and surprisingly spacious, this charming 3-bedroom ranch provides the ideal accommodations for enjoying Saratoga Springs. Nestled on a side street with a large backyard, yet located in-town and close to everything, this house is the one that you've been looking for. Easy access to I-87 makes exploring the region a breeze. Comfort, charm, and convenience! That's what you'll get with the Saratoga Trifecta!
The master bedroom has a king bed with plush mattress. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed. All bedrooms have a dresser and a mirror.
In warmer months, enjoy relaxing on the screened porch or out in the yard. It's on a quarter-acre lot, which is fantastic for a property in town. A gas grill is provided for your use.
Basic TV and wireless internet are provided. Stream to the Chromecast on the TV if desired. A washer and dryer are available for your use. All rooms are air-conditioned in the summer with window units. Two bedrooms have ceiling fans.
NOTE: Max occupancy is 6 people who are 2 years old or older (plus maybe an infant or two). Please do not ask to have more than that. Six is comfortable, any more is uncomfortable.

Great Saratoga Home!
This is our second year renting this great Saratoga home and we plan to come back next year. It is conveniently located to the town and well kept and clean. The owner is very helpful and does a great job of ensuring everything is ready. Excellent house!

We had a great time and were very happy overall. Bert was the consummate host.
The house had everything we needed, including lots of extras. A nice big yard, outdoor patio and grill, board games, etc. It was ideally located from the track, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A diner, convenience store, and liquor store were all within walking distance. Bert was a hands off host, but made it abundantly clear he would be there at a moments notice if we needed anything.
The only thing missing was tips for the winning horses!! We would definitely stay here again.
