This house is just 2 short blocks from the clubhouse gate and the Nelson Ave. gate to the backstretch. Forget about the parking hassle. This house has you covered. Welcome to 97 Adams Street in Saratoga Springs. This strategically located property offers everthing you need for a comfortable stay at The Spa. Three bedrooms allow for 5 people. A TV room and half-bath is downstairs. Backyard deck gives you plenty of outdoor time for coffee in the morning and drinks in the afternoon. Pet friendly.

The house was perfect! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the grill was a huge plus. There is a nice outdoor space and backyard, and it slept 4 comfortably. It was a 45 min. walk to SPAC, not nothing, but absolutely walkable if need be.

We had an amazing long weekend in Saratoga. The home was clean, comfortable and well-equipped/stocked. Quiet neighborhood and the deck allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. The location was perfect. An easy walk to race course and downtown. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Walking distance to the races

The house was exactly as advertised and was well stocked. Beds were good. Pillows were great. Owner stayed in contact to see if we needed anything. Walking distance to the track was key.
