Cabin Fever
My boyfriend and I needed a quiet weekend away and this property did not disappoint. We fell in love with the rustic charm and the details of the decor. We honestly did not want to leave. The property owner left very detailed instructions and provided contact information. This was exactly what we needed. The price was decent considering you basically got a whole house to yourself. I have paid similar prices to stay in hotels but they all lack the charm that this property provided. We will definitely be returning! Thank you

Quiet getaway
As first time parents of a 1 year old, my husband and I desperately needed a mini getaway. This was exactly what we needed for a quick but relaxing break. The hot tub was perfect and the beds were comfy. Lots of things to do in the area though we chose to get dinner and spend most of our time on the property. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the hottub location was good we were close enough to area attractions but was didnt have to deal with all the noise and craziness. The one downfall to the property was my husband and i are both smokers but dont smoke inside but theres absolutely no smoking on property at all i get no smoking inside property but not being able to smoke in our vehicle was a little bit of a pain I was afraid i would be disturbing the property owners by coming and going either early in the mornong or late in the evening but that being said i was fully aware of the smoking policy before i booked the stay.

The cabin was just as it was advertised. It was very clean and cozy. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after a busy day of birthday fun. It was close to everything yet very private. It had snowed there and the owner who lives next door made sure that the driveway was clear. A very nice much needed getaway! Would defintely stay again. Next time would love to walk the property and have a campfire.

Enjoyed the Three Bears Lodge while visiting our daughter at college. Less than 10 minutes to Saratoga Springs. Queen beds were comfortable, hot tub a treat! Great space to share a meal. Plenty of space and kitchen supplies to cook up breakfast for the 3 of us. Next time, perhaps we’ll take advantage of the fire pit for a campfire.

Great little cabin
We enjoyed our weekend at this cute little cabin. Everything was clean and just as pictured. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus for the chilly weekend. Very close to town but we felt like we were in the woods. I would stay again!

No place to "hang out"? I guess you didn't see the log bench with the nice cushion and the two Adirondack chairs on the front porch when you checked in. When you opened the front door, you must've seen the center island with two stools and the kitchen table with four chairs? A lot of people like to "hang out" there. In the other room there's a TV and a sofa, another great "hang out" spot. Upstairs there's a huge bedroom with two queen beds? Based on the empty liquor bottle on the ground next to the hot tub, I assumed you were hanging out there. If not, there's a picnic table right there that a lot of people "hang out" on. If you had taken the time to pick up your empty bottle of booze, you would've seen the five folding chairs under the picnic table for you to use at the firepit, located just a short distance from the cabin, the same cabin that sits on 2.3 acres that you were free to walk about on. I'm confused?

This property was very reasonably priced, especially compared to area hotels. It was extremely clean, comfortable and convenient. It was a short drive to SPAC and to the downtown area. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this property!

We were very, very pleased with our recent weekend stay at Three Bears Lodge. We were visiting Saratoga Springs for a concert, and I am so glad we chose this property. The Lodge was extremely clean, and well equipped. We found it to be the perfect size for the two of us, but believe it would also work well for 2 couples or a small group. We were extremely happy to have A/C (we were there during a heat wave) and enjoyed the Wifi, and streaming services as well. It is in a great location, close to the event (approximately 10 minutes drive to the Performing Arts Centre) as well as close to shopping and dining. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Even though it is located near a busy street, we considered it to be quite peaceful. The owner was excellent to communicate with, and responded promptly when I had a question. I strongly recommend Three Bears Lodge when visiting Saratoga Springs, or nearby areas. Kerri McEvoy

This property was amazing. It had everything you could have needed and more!! It was so beautiful and clean and charming. I would stay here over and over again!!! The host Mike was also wonderful, he invited us for burgers in case we did not have dinner plans which was so considerate. The host also gave an awesome sheet of recommendations for local places and we went to dinner at one of the places and it was so amazing and I would never have know about it without our great host information!!!!

It was nice place but we face some problems while staying. The door of bathroom was not getting locked and we were having mens and womans so it was hard for privacy and in hot spring tube we see bugs and spiders in water so we were not able to enjoy in hot tube. Beside this in hot tube the clorine was so strong that we tried to clean bugs and we tried to enjoy but it affects to our skin.

I checked the door, and the lock is working fine. There is no chlorine in the hot tub, I use bromine. Also, the water is tested before each guest's arrival, and it's shocked and treated after the guests leave. I'm actually astounded that you didn't raise these issues with me while you were here, as you texted and called me several times before you arrived, and we text back and forth several times the one day you stayed here. I actually had more conversations with you in one day than with guests that have stayed here for a couple of months.

The little cabin was the perfect place to unwind after a day of taking in the sights of the Saratoga area. Perfectly located close to downtown! The host was fantastic and recommended some great restaurants in the are. The hot tub was an added bonus to relax in after a long day. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the three bears cottage. Everything was so clean and tidy. We found the space to be cozy and comfortable with all of the necessities available to us. We especially loved soaking in a hot tub after a lovely day exploring the Saratoga area. we would love to return!

Great location for spending time with our college kid on a weekend when Saratoga Springs is very busy. Nice kitchen and eating area so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. And a very good shower - something we really appreciate!

A Great House in a Convenient Location!
We communicated a few times with the property owner who answered all of our questions. The home was clean and well stocked. Convenient to the local Revolutionary War sites we visited as well as very convenient to food stores and restaurants.

Adirondack Charm
