You may come to Costa Rica to explore, but you may find yourself wanting to stay home. Spend the afternoon swimming, grill the catch of the day, or settle into a hammock and watch the sun disappear over the Pacific.

**A vacation that feels like a vacation**

Reyna, our dedicated housekeeper, is a big part of what makes staying here special. Her service is included Monday through Saturday. She takes care of the cleaning and dishes, makes the beds, and refreshes towels and linens as needed.

She can also prepare and serve breakfast and lunch upon request during her regular hours, with no additional preparation fee. For evenings when you’d rather stay in, a home-cooked Costa Rican dinner can be arranged for an additional fee. Reyna can go shopping for you however Guests cover the cost of groceries for all meals.

**Local knowledge, personal attention**

Our concierge, Ian, can help arrange your activities, transportation, restaurant reservations, and other services. Whether you’re interested in fishing, a sunset cruise, waterfalls, or a massage at the house, he’ll help you plan a trip around what you enjoy.

His planning assistance is included in your stay; activities, transportation, and other booked services are paid separately.

After 18 years building and running one of Guanacaste’s largest luxury property management and vacation rental companies, I know how much the details matter.

I personally oversee every reservation and visit the property weekly to stay on top of maintenance and the details that make your stay comfortable. We check the home between reservations so it’s ready for you to settle in and enjoy.

About 30% of our guests are returning visitors, and that’s something we’re proud of. We’d love for Casa Timlin to become a place you return to, too.
