「Perfect property for us. We were there for a soccer tournament. We were able to wash clothes after the game. The property has great Wi-Fi and TV very clean and very nice remodel. 「We enjoyed our stay at the River House. It was just what we needed! We spent most of our time on the covered patio catching the breeze and watching the barges go by. If you are looking to rest and relax.....this is the place for you. The owner, Ryan was an awesome host. We will be back!」

「What a wonderful little cottage. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the location in the historical district, the Jacuzzi tub, and the comfortable bed. The patios and little outdoor seating areas were a pleasant bonus as well as the breakfast. The garden cottage was situated on the top floor of the house with its own private outdoor entrance」

「This home had everything we needed. Traveling with a toddler is always chaotic but this home had a portable crib which made bed time so much easier. This home is located perfectly close to any stores or restaurants you could possibly want. The record player next to the master bedroom was a nice touch! If we are in Arkansas again we will definitely be staying here. 」

「Stacie was great at welcoming us during our stay. Arriving after daylight hours, the lights were on and sure helped us find our way throughout. The place is beautiful! It's chock-full of vintage furniture and modern conveniences. I think it's possibly the BEST stay we have had. Amazing concert with Maroon 5, great Little Rock restaurants, and Great proximity! Thanks again! Hope we can return again for a longer stay next time!」
