"This hotel looks nice from the outside and is in a nice outdoor mall, but in the rooms it's clear this is a very old property that was refurbished in a skin deep and half assed manner. - The sliding window was broken and falling out of the track - Sink stopper missing - Layers of rust on the light fixtures - Broken and mis-aligned furniture - Cracks in the shower shell - Back of the bathroom door unpainted and covered with stains/fluids - No covers on mattress and box spring and stains under the sheets"

"The room was clean, bed comfy, air conditioner worked well. It was quiet and we rested well. The staff were kind and accommodating. We will stay here again when visiting Newnan. "

"Hotel was very basic. Room with kitchenette had no pots, pans, or utensils. Room had no wash rags or towels. No shampoo or conditioner or body wash. No hair dryer or ironing board or iron"

"It was a decent hotel for a couple of days. The AC seems really outdated and couldn't maintain the rooms temperature very well. I had to wait to check in because there was no one at the front desk, then when I needed to check out there was also no one at the front desk."

"We love this hotel, we come twice a year for Ren Fair. The staff is so kind and helpful. They really make it a good experience. Our rooms are clean! Only complaint was the AC unit squeaked and was a bit annoying. "

"A very nice tucked away hotel. Almost like a resort. Food can be pricey but good. Front desk workers are friendly. A worker named Met was absolutely amazing. He went above & beyond to help me with a cart rental. Drove me around town above his call of duty. Lana front desk manager render platinum customer service the entire stay."

"I guess you get what you pay for. Staff was great but room was in need of a refresh. Mirror frame in bathroom is damaged, sofa cushions were stained really bad, so much so that we wouldn’t even use it. AC kicked to low at night and we had to keep getting up to turn down the temp as it got really hot which is odd for first week of May. The worst however was waking up in the middle of the night and the pillows really smelled terrible, all of them. Not sure how we missed it when we went to bed, but had to get them off the bed and go without the rest of the night. Definitely won’t stay there again."
