“Very nice and creek in the back yard was nice”

“We enjoyed this cabin immensely for our long ski weekend. It was so cozy and the fire a-blazing made for an incredibly warm and relaxing atmosphere. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was well equipped to allow us to prep our dinners and breakfasts. The proximity to Monarch, Salida, and the river were ideal. The host, Charles, was attentive and friendly. We will be back!!”

“Time for the owner to put some money back into the property by making some repairs. The sliding door, screen and vertical blinds were all non-functional. Steps at entrance need repairs. The tub in the main bedroom bath is "out-of-order." Overall quite clean, however we did find trash and things behind the dressers and nightstands. Know that "creekside" is actually down quite a long steep hill and you really can't hear the water flowing. The night sky is beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked.……
