The living/dining room has an exit leading to the terrace and the swimming pool. There is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on the same level. Electric heating is provided throughout the property. On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms: one with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to the balcony, and another with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), also with an exit to the balcony. This level has a bath/WC and a separate shower/WC. Electric heating is available on the upper floor as well.
