「The nicest & most attentive group of people. Though the hotel is not the most modernest of establishments the staff more than make up for this. “Smiles” in the land of smiles. Can’t fault the food. Breakfast was so filling. Although our stay was only short & in the wet season. The National Park gate staff at the waterfall need to learn from the hotel staff on how to smile.. Thank you once again We will return」

「overall with good experience, 」

「This is a mixed review. The resort itself is beautiful, like staying in a private park. Incredible gardens and flowers ands landscaping. Ponds and pathways going everywhere and you can walk and bike in a beautiful environment. Our experience with the service was different. Starting at check in, there was a team of 3 people, and it was a little confusing, for example one person asking for passports at the same time another is giving me back a photocopy of my passport to sign. After getting...

「The property was an oasis of calm and serenity in this busy world. Hotel was well laid out and offered a chance to chill and relax」

「Big resort in natural setting, rooms could use some updating, staff super friendly」

「Freundlicher Staff, tolle Bungalows (TIRAMISU A) mit kleinem Hundepool draussen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher mit Tee & Kaffee, Regenschirme, Zugang bei Dusche von aussen, wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Teich, offenes Restaurant, leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen. Grosser Hundepool beim Restaurant. Spezielle Mahlzeiten für Hunde. Auf Wunsch werden die Hunde gebadet und gepflegt. Ein toller Aufenthalt - leider nur eine Nacht. 」

「Very clean rom, lovely pool, staff friendly & helpful, nice bar」

「This was a nice clean cozy little spot, me and wifey enjoyed it」

「Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. 」

「This resort is pretty spartan. The rooms are basic and minimalistic. They provide tissues, but there is literally no toilet paper roll in the bathroom. The breakfast was provided in the morning on a covered plate, but could be cold if you wake up after they place it outside your room. There are great dining and shopping options very close to the hotel. There is literally a 7-11 next door to the hotel. Very convenient. If you are just looking for a place to rest for the night, it is a good place....

「Room was small and shower slow. Tap water didn't come and needed change a long time ago. No wonder there was no picture of inside. However, outside was ok. One can see different fruit trees. 」
