"Our booking was for Monday 1st May -Labour Day in Qld public holiday. The room given was located on level 1 with a view of the child care centre but fortunately it had not been cleaned so we were moved to level 6 which did have a view. False advertising if left in room on level 1. Toilet continuously running door to laundry broken. Managed by Airtrip who operate out of the UK. "We had a wonderful stay in a very quiet location and watched the sun rise each morning. Tony was very accommodating when we had to postpone our trip in 2023 when my husband had Covid the day before we were to travel and allowed us to transfer our booking to 2024. "The rooms were clean and had great amenities. The King sized beds were great. A little damage to the wall tiles in the bathroom and some mould on the bathroom ceiling. One night someone came into the room and but left immediately when I said 'hello!'. The office said it was most likely the maintenance person who went to the wrong room."
