"Séjour reposant et au calme. L'endroit est un peu isolé mais idéalement placé pour visiter les environs et profiter d'une grande maison confortable dotée de tout ce qu'il faut. La journée était pluvieuse et donc c'était un désastre avec la boue, mais le propriétaire qui est très sympa et disponible, nous a dit qu'il allé mettre en place du gravier. "We rented a pet-friendly apartment with a pool. We were given an apartment that contained sticky, incomplete dishes, extremely stained mattresses, unusable blankets, a non-functioning oven, a broken shower head, a dirty shower, very unkempt grounds, broken garden furniture, and green, diseased pool water. We couldn't let our dogs out of the house because the landlord's aggressive dog kept attacking, biting, and injuring them. We couldn't walk them. The landlord continued to let the dog run free...

"This is a most delightful place to stay in the heart of a very pretty and friendly town. We were warmly welcomed by the Hosts family who kindly gave us some delicious local olive oil and honey. The place was spotless, equipped with all we needed and has a most beautiful secluded garden with shade and comfortable chairs and table. We stayed an extra night as it was so enjoyable. We would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting a quiet and delightful place to stay at a most reasonable cost."

"The hotel was very pleasant. We stayed in a suite and it was very nice. There was no television in the lounge which was weird, only the bedroom. The parking was confusing as you have to park outside of the town and walk in, not a bad walk but if we did not call reception we would never have figured it out. We booked this hotel for the spa but unfortunately they told us we could not use the services, including hot tub or sauna, after a long italian trip we were really hoping for that, as it is advertised as a spa resort, that was disappointing. Overall a beautiful town and nice hotel."

"This beautiful property, set in the stunning hills of Le Marche offers space, peacefulness & a taste of true rural Italy. The owners are incredible hosts and a font of knowledge of both their property and the local areas and offer much suggestions of places to visit and eateries all absolutely accurate and of a high standard. The property consists of multiple bedrooms and could hold a family as well as older adult groups touring this region of Italy. There is much space at the villa and the pool and outside area, a wonderful feature. We will absolutely return to enjoy more of this little peace of paradise. "

"Our group of 16 (a mixture of adults and grown up children) had an amazing week at Casa Benessere. The photos of the property do not do it justice as the views of the Sibillini mountains were beautiful. We love Le Marche - it's like Tuscany and Umbria but also has the mountains and the sea. We hired a boat with a skipper from Numana (Conero Fun boat) along the Conero Peninsula and hiked in the Sibillini mountains, both highlights of our trip. It was great to have all ensuite bedrooms and the kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook for a large group. The pool was a real highlight with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for all. We hope we can return to this beautiful area some day. "

"Casa Wales was everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful, well equipped house, lovely pool area and gardens with lots a space for family games or a quiet spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. Nearby Sarnano became a family favourite outing for our evening aperitivi and gelati, and an early morning cycle ride from there to Sassotetto in the mountains were some of the highlights. We were sad to leave and are already making plans for the next visit. Thankyou Iain, Judith and Daniela - especially for arranging the birthday cake for my grandson. "
