「We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! 」

「We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Agnese e Achille. Ook gedurende ons verblijf werd regelmatig gevraagd of alles naar het zin was. We verbleven in een heerlijk appartement met ruim balkon met uitzicht op het Iseomeer. Een ideale plek om vanuit daar de omgeving te ontdekken. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, met dank aan de zeer gastvrije eigenaren!」
