「Was in town for an unfortunate situation due to a family member needing an emergency surgery and was a little worried about booking a property with no reviews, but after speaking with the owner, I was put at ease and let me tell you this property is not only in a great location, but also such a beautiful property and the house even provided breakfast, pastries, and snacks as well as drinks so definitely already looking into booking another trip out to Pittsburgh just to stay here! 」

「This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

「We had high hopes for using this property for a family reunion and booked it before summer even started. Then in May I saw the reviews. Someone had stayed there in April and said the property was obviously not ready to rent. "After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room!
