The ground floor:
- A living room with a sofa, overlooking the garden
- A fitted kitchen
- A bathroom with shower, separate toilet
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed in 140 , a wardrobe
The floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed 140, a crib with bars, a wardrobe
-Bedroom 3: 1 bed a wardrobe
NB: beds with duvets
Outside:
- A walled garden with a terrace equipped with a garden furniture, a parasol, deckchairs and a barbecue.
- A parking space

Note:
- Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/11/24 to 26/04/25 and from 18/10/25 to 3/01/26 : cost per kwh according to EDF base in force
- Bed and bath linen not provided - Possibility of rental: 16 €/set of sheets or 19 €/set of duvet covers; kit of towels (2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat) : 20 €, or possibility to the unit.
- No WIFI. Possibility to rent a mini box Wifi = 39 €/week or 6 €/day
- Pets accepted with a supplement of 28 € / animal/ week including short stay.
