This house benefits from a strategic location for your stay in the Gulf of Morbihan, situated between beaches and the Gulf to fully enjoy all the attractions of Sarzeau.
The vast garden offered by the house is undoubtedly one of its major assets. It is the ideal place for moments of relaxation in the sun, while the terrace invites you to enjoy a good breakfast or delicious grilled skewers.
The living area offers a warm atmosphere, with its exposed beams and fireplace (non-functional), providing a welcoming place to share moments with family around good meals or to watch a film on television. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious dishes, with a gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
On the ground floor, you will discover a bedroom with a double bed that can accommodate a couple as well as a bathroom. Upstairs, three other bedrooms are available, all in wood offering an atmosphere conducive to sleep. The first two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, while the last one has two single beds. Finally, a shower room completes this floor.
For added convenience, you will also find a washing machine.
Located in an ideal area for families and near the sea, the rental is located at:

- 4 km from the "Suscinio" sandy beach
- 5 km from the "La Ferme de Bodérin" restaurant
