The hotel staff are all still very friendly, and front desk staff Yoko San has especially been very helpful to me in every way from arranging rides and even in driving and accompanying me in snowboarding rental. I really appreciate the way she is committed and devoted in delivering the best customer service and hospitality. I always feel like a vip staying at the lime myoko in off peak season. “We stayed for a week and loved it. Slightly out of town (about a 5-10 min walk) which can be a bit of a pain particularly if it is belting down with snow, but it is manageable. We ate dinner in town every night, so had to walk up/down each day... it is a decent uphill to get into town but not terrible. We also walked it a couple of times in ski-boots - after night skiing and on the last day after dropping off skis. Our room was simple but clean, with plenty of space There is a public onsen……

Amazing hospitality, really easy access to the slopes (you can walk 1 minute to the lift), but they also went out of their way to drive us to and from the slopes on the 3 days we were there. I also want to really recommend this place even if you aren't staying the night for the food. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”
