「Property was well priced. Location is convenient and in a new development. Communication good. Kitchen equipment was very limited and prevented being able to fully use it. Lacked basic things like toaster, oven mitts, rags. Furniture and beds are old and worn and dirty. Towels and bedding did not feel fresh or clean. Air felt stagnant but large windows can be opened.」

「Joe’s place was great for our girls get together. All beds were comfortable including the sofa bed( the extra foamy mattress for it was just what it needed) The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. There is no air conditioning but the fans in the bedrooms made it pleasant for sleeping even on a 30 degree day. The area is quiet and just a short drive from amenities. The host is very receptive and good to deal with. It is good value for the price」
