“Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro di San Teodoro e a pochi minuti di macchina dalle principali spiagge della zona. Personale disponibilissimo”

“Das Apartment war an sich super, ausreichend groß für 2 Personen. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und der Check-In war reibungslos. Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig <10 Minuten zur Innenstadt mit Restaurants etc. und 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Parkplätze haben wir immer problemlos in der Nähe gefunden. Ein Kritikpunkt habe ich jedoch und das sind intransparente Zusatzkosten nach der Buchung. Wir wurden in unserer Willkommensnachricht darauf hingewiesen, dass vor Ort noch eine Cleaning Fee……

The buildings are quite old and in need of renovation, and the grounds appear poorly maintained. Doors and windows were difficult to open and close, and many were overgrown with vegetation, giving the property a neglected feel. Another major inconvenience was the lack of connectivity. Complimentary Wi-Fi was only available in a few public areas, which were not conveniently……
