However, they will not let you iron your own clothes at your room - you will need to pay for the service of having their staff iron your pants, dresses etc. I didn’t know that and needed my dress pressed. 「Slightly dated bathrooms. The photos make the place look really wow so the ok reality is a bit of a let down. The main problem are the dining options in the evening: a buffet at €60 per person (no drink included) or a restaurant with 4 courses at a set price of €70 each. The food is good but we didn’t want this much food every night. We want to choose how many courses we want ( something light or some side dishes and some sharing plates. 「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Extreme slipping hazard as the pool overflows onto the main walkway. Someone will get seriously injured. “Private beach” is about 50 feet long and they allow screaming children from the absolutely packed public beach to run onto the private side. Kind of defeats the purpose of adults only. Absolutely nothing to do in the small town it’s located in. God forbid you bring food to your room you’ll be surcharged. Won’t even allow you to keep drinks in the mini bar only the ones they charge you for....

「We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants and the marina. It is well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the spa was not available during our visit, and both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Overall, a very good experience.」
