Villa Anna is located in the heart of Sassnitz’s picturesque old town. Since 1896, the villa has offered its guests peace and relaxation in a well-maintained atmosphere. Villa Anna was built at the end of the 19th century in the seaside resort architectural style and today offers 10 comfortably furnished apartments for 2 to 4 people, featuring an lift, a loggia, and a view of the Baltic Sea in nearly all apartments.
The various one- and two-room apartments, ranging from 40 to 52 square metres in living space, are all equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The glass-enclosed winter gardens offer a magnificent view over the Old Town towards the Baltic Sea and Jasmund National Park.
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests in the building. Each apartment comes with a parking space.
There is a terrace and a well-maintained garden for shared use, as well as a bicycle storage room, a washing machine, and a dryer. One apartment in the building is located on the lower level with a garden view and features a private terrace.
Pets are allowed in apartments 12 and 13 only upon request. Pets are not permitted in Apartment 41.

Apartment 41 spans the entire top floor with a magnificent panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the Old Town.
This apartment, newly built in spring 2021, offers approximately 150 square metres of living space and accommodates 6 people.
In addition to a spacious living-dining room, the apartment features 3 separate bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
In addition, this spacious, bright apartment has two bathrooms. The larger bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in glass shower, and a toilet. The smaller bathroom has a sink, as well as a walk-in glass shower and a toilet.
The fully equipped built-in kitchen is integrated into the living area. It features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and, of course, a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The living area features a cosy, large semi-circular couch that invites you to relax in front of the large flat-screen TV. The large dining table with a stunning view is located in the glass-enclosed loggia.
