「Great location and cute property. Only thing is the walls are very thin and can hear the neighbors. Bed is also a bit small (full size vs queen). Saw lots of wildlife including a manatee right outside the front door. Would stay again 」

「the listing looks like the dock is private when in fact it's shared with the other units which was unclear. The bbq area as well as the porch of our unit either didn't have seating or only 1 chair so it was hard to enjoy the outdoor area. The unit was clean but had a very heavy odor of something when we arrived and bedroom blinds don't offer much privacy and curtain rods are falling out. Lack of a kitchen table was also odd. the unit served it's purpose but would not rebook if we returned. 」

「We really loved this place! Such charm. Maybe not perfect but that’s what we loved about it. I was very relaxed there and they thought of everything. I didn’t realize it was a whole house. I might bring my family down and rent it. We would have so much fun! Really easy to get to the beach, the pier, the main drag, Cape Canaveral. Really easy to drive anything along the coast.」

「The property was so close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Only a couple blocks to walk. Loved having a washer and dryer for all the beach fun. The hosts were very responsive and made the stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to visit again 💗」
