"The check in was a nightmare, staff did not seem to know that I booked 2 rooms and the computer check in did not help. wanted to do laundry that's why I booked this hotel, but there were only 2 washer/dryer machines in the hotel and there were long ques for them so we had to wake up at 5am to do laundry. Everyday I get a bag with clean towels and clean Yukata and new toiletterie accessories ( q-tips, cotton pads, wash cloth, toothpaste toothbrush razor shower cap and extra cups with coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and long spoon. Bed are elevated to store luggage’s but there are no closet no dresser to place your clothes. Just a wall mirror with hooks and sleepers storage. Fridge and kettle. Bath is great clean. Well maintained. Spa is avalaible too. Breakfast included with voucher to use every morning on the date written on it. Breakfast is euro and Asian simple and good"
