We were traveling with our 2 teenager children so we booked the family room with 2 beds that sleep 4. Unfortunately the room does not match the 8 star rating this has on Expedia. The shower didn't work and the sink was very slow to drain. We are from Canada and our 3 prong electric adapter didn't fit the 2 prong ones in the room. Overall id give this particular room a low score. But we did peak into the bungalow they had for 2 people and they looked lovely. So maybe just the big family room is old and run down? We really enjoyed the location and restaurant was good breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly. Koh lipe is beautiful

Pat the manager and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly! Clean room. Did not realize that they provide mosquito control services in room daily if you only ask! Supplied us with extra supplies daily and doubled the toilet paper amount given to us daily after only 1 request! Perfect beautiful location right on the beach with food service until 5 pm and cocktail service from 1100 until….. Great experience and would come back again!

В общем отель не плохой, персонал приветливый. Уборку делают по требованию, воду приносят каждый день. Отель расположен непосредственно на пляже, где причаливают все водные транспортные средства. Соответственно, для купания не очень хорошо. Завтраки очень хорошие.

I do not checked in the hotel due to the fees of ferry too expensive...1200 bth per person. Then I checked in at Royal Hill Satun Hotel. I also do not know the hotel located in island.....

Al personalet var yderst gæstfri og søde. Særligt Don, manageren, og en anden dame, som også styrede stedet. Stedet er ikke spritnyt, men bungalows er stadig fine og rene. Ligger helt perfekt med pool ned til stranden. Deres restaurant med stole på stranden er rigtig hyggelig, og vi spiste nærmest aftensmad der hver dag. Morgenmaden er ikke noget at skrive hjem om, men det opvejer alle de andre ting for. Vil klart vende tilbage igen.

A peace of paradise for reasonable money

This place is nice. I talked to the manager (Don) and he had this place for a year now. He has great plans for the place and is doing a great job. So is all the staff. Right now is a 3 star place with a 5 star staff. It's situated at a lovely beach about 150m from where you arrive from the ferry. The closest "road" brings you about 50m from the resort, so just take the walk on the beach. Nice pool, great restaurant, lovely location, exilent staff, nice beach. I'll fore sure come back. On the downside it's tap water quality and volume. The island has limited water supply and the quality is not the best. Good enough for shower. The place needs renovation but that's planned to be done during low season.

Bra trevlig personal. Fint närområde både strand och restauranger. Utbudet på frukosten är inte de bästa men frågar man kan man få omelett och äggröra om man vill. Standarden på badrummen är inte den senaste Men säkert helt enligt med öns standard.

God til prisen, rigtig god beliggenhed tæt på stranden. Meget lille pool med få pladser men OK da det ligger lige op ad en god strand. Morgenmad med begrænset udvalg, men OK i forhold til prisen.

Wir waren nicht zu Frieden die Anlage war schmutzig das Bad war in sehr schlechte Zustand schimmel und sehr schmutzig wir haben verlangt auf anderes Zimmer der Zustand war das selbe und mussten noch zusatzzahlen der Pool war zu klein und auch in schlechten Zustand die Toilette Ar schmutzig da haben wir gereinigt die Anlage ist nicht zu entfehlen
