Friendly staff and trustworthy. We had accidentally left a piece of electronics behind and they were quick to call to get a hold of us to let us know they had it for us. Excellent service!!!

It is located far away from the nearest town, but it is quite and safe, the state police station is near. The hotel staff were friendly and helpfull.

I needed to relocate to a different hotel. Brought kids to play in the pool and hot tub… Hot tub, not working. Trying to seek a refund… The hotel would not give it to me since I ordered through Orbitz. Makes me not want to work with Orbitz anymore.

The staff was kind but one person told me the pool worked but not hot tub and another said both were broken and closed. Cute decorated for holiday butnhard to see staff behind counter. Breakfast and coffee were good.

Nasty
Startes with spotty cleaning. The room coffee maker produced awful coffee. I went into the lobby for that coffee and it was like a Burger King quality. For $200 a night I would have appreciated a decent brew. Then the eggs were like a space food, didn't taste like real eggs. I left hungry. The room was outdated and was in need of repair. All of this for $200/night--during off-season!

Perfect location.
Perfectly located just outside the hustle and bustle of town. Service was great but the hotel is dated. The pillows were so comfortable!

We reserved a specific room type and upon arrival was told they had given all of those rooms away. They didn’t seem to care and gave us another random room type with no accommodation or apology.

No one was managimg the breakfast area and there was very little food amd no coffee within the first hour. Also, check out time is at 11. However, at 10:00 am the cleaning ataff entered our room without knocking.

The hotel was very clean and the staff exceptionally accommodating. They need new mattress, pillows and towels, but it was fine for just a weekend. I would rate it a 3 star property. For a weekend, at the price, I would recommend it. The free breakfast was just ok, but it was free so what do you expect? I would stay here again for a few nights.

The family owning the property is awesome. Work hard to create a great space. We had an issue with the AC and they were at the door in minutes with a fix (user error). Highly recommend.

Run down and over priced
Upgraded my room to a jetted tub and the jets didn’t work. When I told the front desk they assumed I didn’t know how to push the button (I’ve owned 2 jetted tubs over the years). Plus the tub is a tub/shower combo. Overall, not worth the price paid. Run down.
