Issue I had was that air condition is listed as included but there is no thermostat in the unit and is actually controlled by downstairs unit, leaving you at the mercy of the downstairs occupants. We had a horrendous experience on our third night which the whole unit became very hot and stuffy. Not an ideal situation with a toddler and an infant. 「This was my first time reserving a room like this. the property manager always responded quickly to my questions. I got email notices with all information on our check in info. The place was in fantastic condition. Clean and well furnished. The river view was spectacular. Walking distance to so many neat shops and restaurants. 「We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It appears to have been recently rehabbed, so everything was new and updated. The location is excellent! We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Saugatuck and a quick walk back to the property. It had a mini fridge and was stocked with things like coffee, creamer, sugar and toiletries in the bathroom. I appreciate the makeup wipes! I would definitely stay again.」
