The interior of the cottage was well appointed. We needed nothing. The exterior was not good. The house next door was under construction which spilled over to the property. The front yard was a mud field which made accessing the house difficult.The steps going to the dock were covered with debris and weed. The porch furniture was covered in pet hair making them unusable.
