Built like a homeowners home

The place was absolutely beautiful! When we had trouble with the air-conditioning on the third floor because of the changing of seasons, they sent someone out to help us in the very next day- the pool was open as an added bonus because of the 80 weather which we werent expecting and we really enjoyed all of the comfortable beds and bedding. Everything was super beautiful. Its gorgeous. I almost want to buy the house.

Gorgeous place

My boyfriend and I needed a romantic getaway to recharge. This was the perfect place, beautifully decorated, bright and spacious. Very clean. Great kitchen. Its a big house that can accommodate many or perfect for a couple as well. We visited in November and could not enjoy the pool but the hot tub and sauna was great. I definitely recommend it.

Our group absolutely loved the Preserve! The house is very spacious and airy with all of the picture windows, and all of the furnishings and fireplaces also made it feel very cozy and comfortable. The views of the mountains and night sky are incredible--it was so fun to stargaze from the hot tub/fire pit!

Very Expensive and BAD experience

Upon arrival, the house was unbearably hot, although we managed to cool it down after an hour; at this price point, the house should have central AC. There were bugs inside. The fridge was leaking, causing a mess in the kitchen, and the dishwasher was unplugged. The glass on all the doors was filthy, giving the whole place a neglected feel. The pans are completely worn out. Additionally, there is a room on the third floor that looks like it came from a horror movie—it’s covered in mold, has only a bed, and looks like it was used for something sinister and the lack of proper cooling due to a small portable AC. This situation limited the use of the hole 3rd floor, obligating guests sharing the other rooms. The outside area was extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and also the landscaping wasn’t done with lot of overgrown weeds all around.. Paying $2400 per day for a property in such condition is completely unacceptable.

Overall it was a beautiful house perfect for our girls weekend. We did have issues with the garbage disposal and the electricity in one of the bathrooms. There was also only 1 piece of firewood for us to use. They were very responsive, but our stay was short and it wasnt able to be fixed while we were there.
