Located Port du Ribérou, 1st floor in a quiet street and near the city center (900m from the thermal baths), bright studio of 23m ² for two people. AIR CONDITIONER
Renovated and comfortable with double glazing and air conditioning.
Built-in kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob and extractor hood. Small appliances: Coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Shower room - WC: Large walk-in shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
Lounge area with 2 seater sofa, 80cm television.
Sleeping corner: bed 140 and dressing.
On the ground floor, laundry room with washing machine and dryer (studio equipped with a softener).
Provision of bicycles.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Small plus: bakery, press and coffee at 30m.
Walking area along the Seudre.
Restaurants in tourist season.
10km from the beaches, Royan sector.

Appartement où l'on se sent bien

L'appartement est bien agencé (il ne parait pas si petit), très bien équipé (le descriptif correspond exactement), et très propre (entièrement refais à neuf), dans une rue calme. Bien situé à environ 12 minutes à pied en logeant la Seudre pour se rendre aux Thermes. En tant que curiste pour moi c'était important. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et réactive en cas de problème. J'ai passé un excellent séjour, je reviendrai.
