There was a weird stain on the shower mat, the beds were mussed, there was a random key card left on the vanity and an empty toilet paper roll on the bathroom floor. The second room had a working toilet and was cleaner, but I don't know why I paid $20 more for a "king suite with separate seating area" as it was one room. 「Parking 2-levels outside- steps were icy & snow-covered (snow had ended prior to my arrival) front desk employee was sitting in lounge area playing on phone. I feel they could have been clearing steps and/or applying salt. Instead the night employee did this well after 11pm which kept us awake as it was outside our window. Snow removal plow also dropped his blade well after what would be considered ‘quiet time’.」

Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water, called front desk and was told i had to let water run for 20 - 25 minutes for it to get warm.
